DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Canada Post makes one delivery attempt to residential addresses.
If you’re not home, a notice will be left, and you can pick up your parcel at the local post office (usually within 2 km).
If the parcel isn’t collected within 10 business days, it’s returned to us and refunded minus the shipping cost.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.
If you haven’t received your order after 6 days, contact us — we’ll investigate immediately.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and you can choose to wait or cancel at no cost.
