DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Canada Post makes one delivery attempt to residential addresses.
If you’re not home, a notice will be left, and you can pick up your parcel at the local post office (usually within 2 km).
If the parcel isn’t collected within 10 business days, it’s returned to us and refunded minus the shipping cost.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.
If you haven’t received your order after 6 days, contact us — we’ll investigate immediately.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and you can choose to wait or cancel at no cost.
REFUND POLICY
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All wholesale orders are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for unsold inventory or changes of mind. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly limited to items received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any eligible claim must be reported within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase, and items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Missing, stolen, or transit-damaged claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery scan.
